Hi, I'm Mindy. I help women reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence with a holistic, lifestyle-based approach to aging well.

đź’« Why I Do This Work
I’ve seen firsthand the toll that a lack of wellness support and lifestyle education can take. I watched both of my grandmothers decline far too quickly, and now I’m witnessing my mother and mother-in-law fade with dementia. It’s heartbreaking — especially with recent research proving that so much of this is preventable.Â
I have also experience my own personal frustrations and disconnect when my previous HIIT workouts and running started to breakdown my body in my early 40s. I thought I was an expert, and I began to question myself in so many ways! It took me some time to accept that things were changing, I had more to learn, and get past the frustration and disconnect. I knew I needed a new approach. Now, as I am entering my 50s, I am empowered with a new self concept, new knowledge and tools that work, and I am confident I can embrace the transitions as they occur. It's taken a LOT of time, research and trial and error, and I want to save you the struggles! I offer sustainable, science-backed alternative to 'eat less, move more, lift heavy'. Alternatives that fit into your life, honor your real body, and lead to lasting vitality.
