Hi, I'm Mindy. I help women reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence with a holistic, lifestyle-based approach to aging well.

You’ve likely tried the bootcamps, clean eating plans, or the latest wellness trend — only to feel more exhausted, stuck, and disconnected from your body.  That's where I come in! I offer sustainable, science-backed alternative to 'eat less, move more, lift heavy'; one that fits into your life, honors your real body and your soul self, and leads to lasting vitality.

 

 

 

đź’« Why I Do This Work

I’ve seen firsthand the toll that a lack of wellness support and lifestyle education can take. I watched both of my grandmothers decline far too quickly, and now I’m witnessing my mother and mother-in-law fade with dementia. It’s heartbreaking — especially with recent research proving that so much of this is preventable. 

I have also experience my own personal frustrations and disconnect when my previous HIIT workouts and running started to breakdown my body in my early 40s. I thought I was an expert, and I began to question myself in so many ways! It took me some time to accept that things were changing, I had more to learn, and get past the frustration and disconnect.  I knew I needed a new approach. Now, as I am entering my 50s, I am empowered with a new self concept, new knowledge and tools that work, and I am confident I can embrace the transitions as they occur. It's taken a LOT of time, research and trial and error, and I want to save you the struggles! I offer sustainable, science-backed alternative to 'eat less, move more, lift heavy'. Alternatives that fit into your life, honor your real body, and lead to lasting vitality.

True wellness is about more than what you eat or how you move.
It’s about how you sleep, recover, think, connect, and care for yourself in the in-between moments.

I guide women to shift from a “diet and discipline” mindset to one of metabolic health, intuitive living, and self-compassion — blending science with soul to support a vibrant, fulfilling life at every stage.

As a part-time college professor for the past 10 years, I’ve helped students turn science into action — a skill I bring to every coaching session, making the complex simple, practical, and empowering.

In the corporate world, I've helped companies of all sizes to implement injury prevention & ergonomics programs, provided training and health initiatives, supporting leaders and employees for more comfortable and productive workspaces.
